Magnificent and perfect location, in all areas especially the rooms farthest from receprtion. And close to the Center, and the beach, which is kept cleaned with much less traffic than the other end.

Had a great time at Progreso Beach! The location is just steps from the beach, with a handy convenience store nearby for snacks. The pool area was relaxing, though I wish my room had a fridge for drinks. Still, it was a solid spot for the price!

The hotel with clean rooms, in a pretty nice area, close to restaurants. Exceptionally comfortable beds, TV with cable channels and WiFi in the room. Absolutely amazing experience there...

This so-called 'hotel' was a disaster! The bed was practically a mattress on a concrete slab, and the water was barely tepid. I asked for an extra pillow, but only received one, and the staff just shrugged it off. With the price they charge, i expected a complimentary upgrade but was met with disappointment. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Charming Stay with Great Service!
